[Accidential Video]
[The feed comes on when Tim rolls over onto the device while he's playing like a toy, knocked off a little desk in a small office.
Cross is standing there in his priestly robes, arms crossed over his chest, having a rather angry discussion in Russian with two official looking men.]
YA ponyatiya ne imyeyu , chto vy govorite. V posledniĭ raz ya byl v etom raĭone bylo tri nedeli nazad.
[One of the men grumbles, moving away from his partner to examine the office as if he were looking for something in particular to be out of place.]
Tam byli soobshcheniya Vy rassmatrivaet·sya cherez reku, svyashchennik. Yesli my obnaruzhim , chto eto pravda , eto budet ne tyurʹma dlya vas. Eto budet gorazdo khuzhe.
[The exorcist scoffs, grabbing both men by their shoulders to ever so kindly show them out of his office, pausing when they were on the other side of the door to answer.]
YA nadyeyusʹ, vy ne vyzyvayut vashi umy slishkom mnogo boli , pytayasʹ vyyasnitʹ etu taĭnu. YA ne khotel by znatʹ nashikh zamechatelʹnykh politsiya prevzoshla prosto prizrak. Khoroshiĭ denʹ gospoda , mozhet Bog sledit za vami.
[Cross shuts and locks the door, letting out a heavy sigh as he looks at his fallen golem who seems to ooze out just a bit after the door is shut. He goes to his companion, picking him up with great care before giving him a small smile.]
Don't worry Tim, I won't get caught. That's not part of the plan yet.
[The feed is cut off when Cross sets his golem back down on the desk, one of Tim's feet switching it off.]
((ooc: For the characters that speak Russian the translation is this:
C: I have no idea what you're talking about. The last time I was in that area was three weeks ago.
O: There have been reports of you being seen across the river, priest. If we find this to be true, it won't be jail for you. It will be much worse.
C: I hope you do not cause your minds too much pain in trying to figure out this mystery. I'd hate to know our wonderful police force was outdone by a mere specter. Good day gentlemen, may God watch over you.))

This may be why I shouldn't tag at 4am after a horse movie
[Raised to believe people, animals, and other live things are violent on their side of the river... Watch a dead city for decades and get used to seeing nothing, but see people after so long so suddenly and hide in fear.]

How could they know you were here?
video
By spying perhaps?
Re: video
Do you think they've been coming over here?
video
No. They're still too wary of what is here.

But what if they do catch you? [Because jail sounds pretty bad, and Alma doesn't want to know what's worse than that.]
no subject
I don't want to think about that... Too many things come up in my head.

[And for the most part? He really isn't. He worries much more about what could happen to Cross or Lavi or anyone else who risks themselves in Credinta.]

And she'll save her... fdjaskfasd over Tim later. Because she's never seen one of those before.]
... your grace? [She wasn't sure if he really even wanted a reply, the device might of just gone and done it accidentally.]

... and they looked rather official. You ought to not put yourself in trouble, General. You'd be sorely missed by... many of us, if something happened to you.

... I am glad you have somewhere safe to go, Cross. [fidgeting a little] Perhaps you should stay away from here for awhile? Lay low as it were...
... or maybe not. [She sighed and frowned. She couldn't help it, she was thinking like a statesman again.]
[voice]
...General?
[ It will forever be unexpected. ]
[voice]
[He'd be lying if he said he were happy you were back.]
When did you get here?
[voice]
I heard you were here from someone else, but... [ Her voice trails off; she does not say, "Everyone thought you were dead." ]
[voice]
Yes... I don't live on that side. I stay over here to make sure everyone is safe and taken care of supply wise. I put a note up in the main area on the first floor about supplies, all right?
[voice]
[ Supplies... ] Okay.
I don't think I need anything right now. [ Not that she can think of, anyway. ]

Oh, such charming gentlemen. You do keep the best of company, general.
