[Pulls out the PDA and confuses it for a walkie talkie. Accidentally hits the record button.]

Scarecrow, do you copy?

[He waits. Nothing.]

Scarecrow, do you copy?!

[Presses another button to change the transmission frequency.]

K-9, do you copy?

[He hits another random button.]

Hermit?

[And another.]

Insect?!

[And again.]

Does ANYONE copy?

[He doesn’t realize that pressing all of those buttons, which he had thought would change the transmission frequency, has actually accidentally called someone instead. Hears something faint and holds the PDA close to his ear.]

“Please leave a message, after the beep.”

[BEEP]

Hey, guys, I’m in this place that looks a lot like the ruins back home.

[Pauses and glances around.]

I can’t tell where I am yet, but I’m still looking for someone to give me a few answers. Besides...

[Stares at the broken Caterpillar-like ride.]

There’s a clown here that's freaking me the fuck out! I hope to get back to camp soon. Over and out.

[Presses another random button, but gets lucky this time and ends the call.]
