[Nesreca, you have a new resident. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, he has found himself near some dilapidated buildings somewhere in Russia, and not on a boat in a rainstorm. Unfortunately, nothing of his initial reaction to finding himself suddenly compatriotless, in entirely the wrong location, is recorded. But trust me, it had been fairly loud. After scrambling up and down buildings and yelling at nothing for a bit, he takes a moment to calm a little and survey the situation. At which point he discovers the PDA.
The following is typed with the slow deliberateness of someone testing out a rather dubious device, picking at the little virtual keys one by one.]

[--And then he accidentally hits enter. Which doesn't appear to do much... Alright, so it's like a tiny, hand-held, paperless typewriter. Which seems like a stunningly useless waste of technology. How is this any more convenient than writing on a piece of paper? And why the hell was it in his pocket? They must've slipped it in as part of the new uniform...
...And then, it occurs to him that it may serve as some sort of text-only golem. Seems like the sort of thing the Order would invent, anyway.
So, while he makes his way through Nesreca searching for any sign of activity, he types, on the off chance that anyone is reading this:]

[And because Rin is quickly losing his temper in this shouting match small blue flames start to flicker across his shoulders and down his arms. Kuro stares up at him and mews loudly in warning.]
no subject
[Oh, well, that's not a good sign. Red shifts into a defensive stance, ready to activate his Innocence the second this guy moves.]
no subject
[The flames flare up a little as he ends his sentence and then die back down.]
Look I don't wanna fight with you! I'm just tryin' to take you to the apartment building!
no subject
[At least not real ones.
He glares at him for a moment longer-- and he only drops the stance after a pause, when he's sure Rin's not about to burst into evil flames or something.]

[He starts walking towards Red along with Kuro.]
The building is back this way. Come on. The ghost kid tell you what room you're in?
no subject
What ghost kid?

[Rin takes up the lead, picking his way through the rubble of the ruined city.]
She likes to call us toys and crap like that.
no subject
Oh... Yeah, someone kept writing to me about toys and repeating a number. 105.
no subject
That's your room. Your name will be on the door. I'm in 204.

None of this makes any sense!

[He just keeps walking along towards the building. Good thing this city isn't too big.]

This is the place.

Useless.
[He'd hoped Tim would have been able to find some clues as to what happened. Oh well. Red glances up at the building, and continues towards it.]
Why's this building the only one in decent shape?
no subject
Timcanpy? [Which means Red is definitely another universe version of Allen.]
I dunno why this is the only one like this or what happened to trash this place. It was a long time ago. Sometimes a part of town will be like it was before whatever happened for a while and it's always really old looking.
no subject
What are you talking about? Parts of town turn old-looking?

[He scratches at his head thoughtfully.]
It happened to the market a while back. It wasn't ruined anymore and looked like people were still using it. No one was there. We got some good stuff out of it, but it's old. Looks like its from a hundred friggin' years ago or something.
[He tugs on his shirt, which while not buttoned up properly, is still in the style of the late 1800s.] Like this.
no subject
[Goddang. He'll have to ask Lavi about that, too.]
[...And that makes this sound like it could very well be some sort of Innocence phenomenon. Although he just raises an eyebrow at the comment about the shirt.]
That shirt looks normal. You're wearing it wrong.
no subject
[And looking back down at shirt again.]
Eh? There's nothin' normal about it! I look like a friggin' cosplayer!
no subject
[POINTING AT THE SHIRT]
That's what people wear, idiot! What the fuck is a cosplayer!?
