[The feed turns on as it's dropped, showing Kanda outside in the cold, trench coat being his only means of protection from the chilly weather. But Kanda doesn't even seem to notice that he's dropped his PDA or that it's recording. Or, if he does, then he doesn't acknowledge it.

He's just staring at something in front of him, completely horrified. Obviously what's in front of him is enough to shake even him.]

But- What- [He moves to walk over to whatever it is, nearly tripping over the PDA in the process. That finally catches his attention and he looks down, quickly covering it with a gloved hand and turning it off.]
