niteo_nix | 4TH WALL II: DAY 09

Welcome to the 4th wall! Visitors can post to the network here. They will be handled the same as any other post to the game, but grouped together for easy access for the visitors.

Every visitor comes with a PDA device, capable of only text, audio, and video functions. To keep track of things, please mark posts with one of the three. While they do have capabilities of private filters, keep in mind these should be treated as if your character is new to the game experiencing a new device. While there are not avid hackers here at this time, keep in mind that filters that are not unhackable can be hacked. If you do not want something to be hacked, simply put in 'do not hack.'

Characters already within the game will awaken to a black anklet. Consider yourselves 'marked' for the week. And no, you cannot take these off.

A new post will be made at midnight EST each day (find your time here). Feel free to tag other posts, using this list as a guide, as long as the characters have '4th wall' somewhere within their post subjects (or tags). Open logs and logs that visitors are invited too are also free to tag.

ZOMBIE INVASION 12/15 - 12/21
this event is MANDATORY

Remember way back when when you got to see the natives of Nesreca, going about their day without a care in the world? When they didn't even realize that they had been brutally murdered and strangers were living in their homes? They're back. Except, this time, they walk as the undead, and they can see you, and they're not happy either. They want their homes to be left in peace... and you can be damned sure they'll eat you alive to make sure it happens.

→ Zombies will continue to 'live,' as it were, even if their heads are cut off.
→ Zombies can only be killed by burning them.

Yeah... We're already one rabbit down, we don't need to lose two. Spin your camera around, I'll figure out where you are.

[But obediently swinging his camera around. Hope you don't get motion sick]

Everyone keeps getting chased by zombies. He'll be fine.

[Alma watches, and when it rounds back on Lavi grins.] Okay I think I know where you are--I'll head over there now. [And getting moving before he finishes replying.]

Is this a normal occurrence then-

[Oh fine. Lavi can wait for Alma to show up. This is all a bit weird though. Just how many Exorcists Almas were their in the great wide multiverses]

[Alma doesn't really hear the reply, busy making his way over. Not too much of a hike at least--and he's getting better at figuring places out by PDA.

It's a lot to think about that this Lavi knows another of him--not just another little him, but another big him.

Alma wave-flails as he comes up close.]

[Lavi waves right back, bouncing up to meet the other with a huge grin]

Wow, great service here, yeah. That was under five minutes.

[Which begs the question]

So where do all of you live around here?

[Lavi's been getting by via napping in the less haunted places]

[Lavi doesn't seem cautious of him at least... Alma supposes that's better than the standoffishness he gets from his teammates who are trapped here.]

Was it? That's probably why I'm out of breath. [Grins and leans over for a moment to catch his breath and then straightens.]

It's the biggest building--the only one not falling apart too much. C'mon, there's plenty of rooms.

[Biggest building. Biggest building.... Wait a minute! He knew what building Alma was talking about]

Not falling apart too much? It looks like some of those stories are being held together by scotch tape and good intent, yeah.

You don't actually all live there, do you?

[Because Lavi can't imagine what would be worse: living on the bottom floor and being afraid of being buried under a pile of rubble or living on the top floor and fretting over the building just toppling over one day. Both look entirely plausible]

It's definitely not held together by good intent. [Alma laughs a bit, in that kind of way that if you don't laugh you're going to start feeling horrible about it.

It's better if you just don't think about it, Bike.]

Yep. Other you lives up on one of the top floors.

Well that makes sense, yeah. He has his hammer, right? And it is a he, right? He can just extend away at a moment's notice. Top floor is the best for him.

[Blink. Blink blink. Wait a minute]

So what floor do you live on?

Oh.. I live on the third floor. Room 306. It's got my name on the door.

... I think you're the only one I've ever met who's asked me that. Sure some people say I have girly tendencies but-

[Let's not dig himself into that hole right now]

Yeah, I have it. Wouldn't want to leave home with out it. Seems like the undead are everywhere, yeah?

You're the one who said... Nevermind. [Rubbing the back of his neck. Let's ignore he ever said anything. Yep. It's not like he doesn't have girly tendencies too.]

Well, I mean, there's lots of different sorts of people here... I wasn't sure if you were a vampire or something.. I met a vampire who is also Allen. --Do you think he counts as undead too?

I make a very attractive woman though. You do, too. Long hair looks nice on both of-

[Like Lavi would leave it alone, but his mind is quickly preoccupied with other things]

Allen's here!? Which one? The one with the three scars on the right side of his face or the one with the blue and yellow eyes?

.... I.. uh. [Alma turns red and fidgets.]

I think.. he had scars on his face--but not usually the sort of scars the old man has. His eyes were just yellow, not blue.

I think I might now what Allen you're talking about, yeah. Do you know which way he went? Or--- oh!

[Holds up his communicator]

Can you find a way to get a hold of him on this?

[blinks at the pda] Well you can make an entry or something and try to get ahold of him... I'm not good at making things private.

But I'm not sure where he went. I saw him about.. four days ago? I think he's around somewhere still.

[Hands his pda out with a hopeful smile. Surely you will help a buddy out, right? Do it for him?]

[He's a mess with brand new technology. It took him months to handle the microwave. And he needs this pda in one piece if he's going to contact Allen]

Don't care if it's private. But could you send him a message for me? Tell him his exploring buddy is here.

[Alma takes Lavi's PDA and frowns at it.

Hey dude, he's not so hot with tech either.]

I... will try? Uh. [Fiddles with it.]

[Grins happily at him and just waits. He has not reason to believe that Alma is not tech savy with the PDA by now. Lavi will be taking a look around his surroundings in the meantime]
