[Nesreca, you have a new resident. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, he has found himself near some dilapidated buildings somewhere in Russia, and not on a boat in a rainstorm. Unfortunately, nothing of his initial reaction to finding himself suddenly compatriotless, in entirely the wrong location, is recorded. But trust me, it had been fairly loud. After scrambling up and down buildings and yelling at nothing for a bit, he takes a moment to calm a little and survey the situation. At which point he discovers the PDA.
The following is typed with the slow deliberateness of someone testing out a rather dubious device, picking at the little virtual keys one by one.]

[--And then he accidentally hits enter. Which doesn't appear to do much... Alright, so it's like a tiny, hand-held, paperless typewriter. Which seems like a stunningly useless waste of technology. How is this any more convenient than writing on a piece of paper? And why the hell was it in his pocket? They must've slipped it in as part of the new uniform...
...And then, it occurs to him that it may serve as some sort of text-only golem. Seems like the sort of thing the Order would invent, anyway.
So, while he makes his way through Nesreca searching for any sign of activity, he types, on the off chance that anyone is reading this:]

[Though he's immediately distracted by the cat. With two tails. Is that an Akuma as well? Goddammit, where is everyone?]
[And suddenly a thought occurs to him and he leans in towards the screen.]
Are you from where Lavi is?! He talked about some Noah stuff.

[The cat on his shoulder mews again, looking a little concerned. Rin nods to the cat.]
...Can you find this place? He stays here too.

After a minute or so trying to find something noteworthy that might help give his location;]
[Video] to In person?
I'll come get ya.
[It won't actually take him and Kuro too long to get there since they'll be hopping along the tops of the ruins where they can. When they gets to the general area they jump down to the ground to search. The boy is a little shorter than average height and there is a red bag slung over his shoulder shaped much like the one Kanda occasionally carries mugen in. Most notable though is that he has a black tail swishing behind him.]
Hey! Anyone here?
YESSIR
[Right now he's dressed in the Third uniform, with a long black coat over top, and his expression is anything but friendly.]
Oi.
\o/
Allen?! That you?! Your hair's different...

PAUSES.]
No— What?

[He points at the left side of his face and does a bad job of tracing where Allen's curse scar runs as he mentions it. At this point Kuro pipes in again. Rin seems to be listening and scratches at the back of his head.]
Yeah guess that could be it.

[He glances at the cat-thing, and his eyes linger on Rin's tail for a second before trailing back up to his face.]
What are you?
no subject
[Rin crosses his arms and the end of his tail flicks back and forth a little in agitation.]
I'm tryin' to help ya out. Kuro thinks you're like this other guy we met. Another version of someone else that was here before.
no subject
[He doesn't care what you're trying to do. Any stranger is a possible threat; the tail and fangs aren't really helping your case.]
What are you talking about? 'Version'?
no subject
It's friggin' weird how stuff works here. Around here there can be more than one version of a person. Sounds crazy, I know. There's this guy Night that looks like an older version of me around from a version of my world and that's all the proof I need to believe it. Not everyone comes from the same universe.

[He's not sure what to make of that. He just narrows his eyes at Rin, trying to determine if he's just making up crap to be funny, or what.]

Demon. Ya got a problem with it?

[How can someone be half-Akuma...]
