Found a PDA. It still has some charge, so might as well record here as well. Waste more time.

I'll need to find supplies and shelter soon. Maybe I'll luck out like last year, and find a cabin out in the woods, and maybe someone to share it with.

I think it's been five years. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure. My birthday should be soon, then, if it hasn't already passed.

Not that it fucking matters any more.

Noisemaker went off, some kinda deer. It looks mutated, but the fuck do I know. At least the food problem’s solved.

[He pauses, then turns the phone so the feed shows a doe hanging upsidedown in a nearby tree, blood dripping from a cut on it's neck. Overall, it looks like a deer. Just, somewhat darker than it should be. Not that awesome of a mutation to anyone but someone whose primary source of protein has been deer for the last few years.]

That's the deer. It's not going to be good for moving for a while, so don't even bother trying to figure out where I am so you can take it.
