[the feed flicks on by accident, showing Dextera in his room. it's a little early but it seems like he's trying to sleep and failing horribly. the mute wanted to sleep - he hadn't in a long time - but the dreams...he didn't like them.

he sighed and gets up. seeings that the device was already on, he takes it and types out a question.]

Is there a way to sleep without dreaming?

Yes. [he really didn't like what his head came up with, half the time.]

Even if you've had the best day of your life, you'd end up with a nightmare.

A day where you feel happy to the point where you don't think things could possibly get any better.

[Dextera tilts his head. hun...that sounded nice.]

Maybe if I had that I'd have nice dreams.

Perhaps you could try to work towards that while you're here.

I'll try. It sounds like a nice thing to have.

It's possible to have simply nice and good days, yes.

Maybe I'll try having one of those. I might have good dreams then.

You make the most out of life by trying things at least once. [And, you know, being happy, but happy is a thing Sasuke is unlikely to have.]

I've lived a lot of things. [though 'died' would be a better term instead of lived.] But maybe I'll fine something.
