I was thinking of something simple. I realise food needs to be rationed now.

[He's looking a little subdued, but that could quite easily just be his general demeanor, rather than a negative feeling.

The cupboards in the background make it obvious that he's in the kitchen at the time, glancing down at the PCD whilst he does something on the counter top.]

I realise the flood waters are still high, but it seems like the right time to hunt.

I'd be willing to go with others. The more food we can carry back the better.

[It's the first time he's actually addressed the entire network intentionally, but he's not too happy about it.

Sasuke-- Can you make time this morning?

[Wearing an expression very much unlike his usual composed look, Itachi looks something like he's seen a ghost. It fades to something less frantic, a frown as he tries to figure out how to make the device do what he wanted.]

Shisui. Can you hear me?

[A moment, and-- nothing. He sighs, pressing something else which turns the video feed off, leaving only the rustle of sound as he fumbles with the thing.]

[Another frustrated noise, and he manages at least to end the whole feed.]
